Customers Please READ: Turnaround times are two-three weeks for current orders and pending my upcoming delivery they may be delayed as much as a month or two.  Please let me know if you need an order rushed and we'll try to work out the details.  Thank you for your patronage and patience.

RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICIES: Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted on custom orders of clothing.  When returning any other merchandise buyer pays the cost of shipping the item back to Mercedes & Me and does not recover the costs of shipping and handling fees on the original purchase.  If the buyer chooses to custom order/select any fabrics or embellishments not listed on this website, buyer agrees to pay the costs of ordering and shipping the custom fabric or embellishments to Mercedes & Me and this custom selection will be a non-refundable part of the purchase price.  No refunds on damaged or missing purchases once the items leave our hands unless buyer pays for postal insurance and/or delivery confirmation.  Orders are shipped parcel post unless otherwise requested.
